Kyle J. Mcginn
A Heartland native, born in Omaha, Nebraska, Kyle McGinn is the fourth generation of respected lawyers in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Before graduating with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2014, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Kyle worked for a Nebraska Senator in the United States Senate. He maintains an active interest in politics, including serving as Precinct Caucus Chair in the 2020 Iowa Caucus.
Kyle joined Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. in July 2022, after several years in private practice.

A proud Council Bluffs resident, Kyle McGinn is active in his local community. He is a Board Member of Pottawattamie Arts, Culture & Entertainment (PACE) which manages the Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center, and a past Board Member of the Gibraltar Neighborhood Association, the Council Bluffs Centennial Rotary Club, the Greater Omaha Chamber Young Professional, and Impact CB (the Young Professional Board of the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce).
